Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

us, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Special Notes for Digital Content

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has

expressly agreed that the trader may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
acknowledged that, by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.

What this means: If, when purchasing a digital product, you agree that the download or access will be provided immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal. This is done by activating the corresponding checkbox during the purchase process.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and after the consumer has acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal.
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
